Still, my answers are what I feel to be the best. Unenchanted by the way. That way you can use the elemental Fury Shout. It turns your character into a blender.

Are you really sure? Because people don't usually say sorry for helping someone.

Technically, daggers are subpar weapons since they do not receive bonuses from Fortify One-handed equipment. A simple iron sword would be many times stronger than the best dagger, sneak attacking or otherwise.

But amongst daggers, the strongest is a self-enchanted daeric dagger with fire and frost (or shock) enchantments. The player should have

1. Augmented Flames
2. Augmented Frost or Shock
3. Fire Enchanter
4. Frost or Shock Enchanter
5. Necromage + Vampire

To maximize the damage output. If I remember correctly, the damage output stands at 72 for each element. That provides the best damage output when stealth attacks are not an option. (such as against a dragon)
