Obsidian really shined in this one, and they delivered their best DLC yet, with focus on a gritty, heartfelt(a little) and revealing storyline.
The level design is spectacular, in my opinion, at least compared to OWB. It's linear, dark, and it keeps your eyes open. Enemies don't spawn 4 feet behind you like in OWB, and there is a lot of backstory to the residents of the Divide.
Enemies: There are only two new types of enemies, WITH ABUNDANCE. They aren't EASY to kill, neither are they like the Hicks in Point Lookout.(sponges) There are also a few deathclaws dotted around the map.
Visuals: This is where Obsidian let themselves down. A LOT. I personally don't think that this is a spoiler, but just in case, I'll make it one.
Spoiler
<--- THAT alone brought my score down a mark or two.The divide contains lots of nukes. Lots.
The problem is, there isn't a special animation/explosion like the Megaton nuke.
It was just a massive mini-nuke animation!

Consequences: This DLC responds to your in game actions in a great way. I've only played through as a legion character so far, but I'm SURE if you are with the NCR Ulysses will respond to that, too. In a bad way.
The ending offers a wide variety of choice, with
Oh, and lots of ED-E backstory. Including COLONEL AUTUMN... DUN DUN DUUUN.
Overall... 9/10. Awesome, one of the best DLC's I've ever played, gripping, fun, and gives a good story. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah. NEW VISUAL EFFECTS.
Bravo, and thanks for reading.
