Best Energy andor Guns Weapon(s)? : Fallout: New Vegas

I'm looking for the best weapons I can find right now.

I have gone through all the DLC and have Gun Runners Arsenal, so I'm wondering what the best are from those.

The K9000, fully modded, will have the highest DPS of any gun in the game, but I really recommend the Medicine Stick.

Nothing to be sorry about, I just have no idea how you play or what kinda weaps you like and so have nothing to recommend strongly.

Well I have 100 in both in Guns and Energy Weaopns.
I also wanted to see what people would choose, whether it was personal or based on DAM, DPS, or ROF.
Sometimes vague questions can lead to many different views and opinions.
