http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=298 has the most variety of colors. I used to use it. Going by the credits it looks as if Capucine's textures are used.

Which brings up a question "eye" have.

Is it relatively easy to merge all of the various eye and hair packs on the nexus using FO3edit? It's saddening that I can't use them all at once due to the rule of 1.

With Oblivion this issue is fixed with Wrye Bash and the Bashed Patch. I haven't started fiddling with garybash yet, but it might be worth a shot to try it, merging Race Records in the Bashed Patch.

Thank you very much, exactly what I was looking for. Not that that isn't good enough, but are the anymore?

As I don't use Eyesaddon anymore (I'm using many of Ren's and Capucine's from Oblivion) I had to search for it. I just searched "eyes" over on http://www.fallout3nexus.com
Some just re-do the couple of vanilla eyes, some have added in more colors.

Re-done vanilla eyes:
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=276
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=306
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1852
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3846

Others with new colors:
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5437
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5304

Correction: The biggest eye packs seem to be Eyes Add On and Rivens EyeScapes as they do more than just edit the original 4 colors, but include many other styles and colors. Much like Capucine's. That was my favourite eye pack in Oblivion :)

I loved Capucines Character Expansion for Oblivion. How do you transfer the glow maps? I don't know how they work in FO3.

Glow maps work the same as in oblivion. maybe not for eyes... Unless Fallout flags them the same way..Edit: actually nope. doh. no worky for me. it doesn't flag them with the _g suffix for me.

you can do it for for a custom race though.

Yea, I did them like oblivion, but they didn't work. What do you mean it will work for a custom race?

A custom race would allow you to edit only that races eyes, so that only that custom race has glowing eyes, and everybody else isn't walking around like a goa'uld outa stargate. just duplicate a set of eyes nifs and their tri/egm/egt. open the eye nifs and change the emissive to whatever color, white I suppose. and in the texture set add in your eye map, including the _g.dds in the 3rd slot, just below where a normal map goes.
While you are there, you could add in a environment and env mask map. the shader flag for using env maps are enabled anyway. < thats why you get that sharp hot spot of reflection on the eye. an env map will make that reflective hot spot detailed.... try the textures\effects\shinybright_e.dds. Might look good. might look crap. :)

make a new race. and use your edited eye nifs.

Anyway the draw back is it seems that you will have to add the glow map to the texture set. hence making it a one shot affair. you have to keep changing the texture in the eye nifs if you want to try different glow maps. if you get bored of glowing eyes just swap the glow map for a tiny 8x8 solid black texture. that should completely mask the emissive.
