It's good, but I can't give it the title of best ever.

The sooner they fix the issue with Dragons running away from you (since fighting them is the whole point of the game) on 360 the sooner I'll be able to make my own ruddy mind up and vote!

Its a very good game. But not the best ever. IMO, Baldurs Gate 2, Planescape: Torment, Civilization II and IV, Morrowind, Rome: Total war are better.

Maybe after the CK...

Why is there not a straight forward 'No' option.

Skyrim? good but not the best. That award goes to Final Fantasy 7.

This is purely my opinion and have to say this as most people wont realise it is unless I spell it out, I-M-O.

I love Skyrim, but it's still not the best game ever. That title would still go to Morrowind or the original Deus Ex, for me.

Just answer "good but not the best".

I imagine when I've done all that is to be done (in a few months), and patches are implemented, I will second this notion.

Playing on PS3, so no, not best game ever. It WAS best game ever until I came across the lag and bugs about 50 hours in.......now it is struggling to make the top 10. Sadness

in its genre/area it is the best
I refuse to compare a 1st/3rd person RPG to a strategy game or any other

I wouldn't even put Daggerfall or Morrowind up to comparison because or the times they were made

If I had to rate it to other TES:
1:Skyrim
2:Daggerfall (close second)
()-(I didnt care for Morrowind)

Verily best game ever! Like a school full of kindergarten children screaming, "Its time to play Skyrim!!!" as they flood out the school doors for the weekend my mind just overflows with emotional adrenaline at the mere mention of the name..Skyrim.

It's good, but it's not even close to being the best TES game ever in my opinion, let alone the best game ever.

Not sure yet. Gotta completely finish it until I decide how it ranks, but it's easily in my top 5 favorite games (right up there with Neverwinter Nights, especially when DLC hits).
