short answer, Dont buy any of them!

Long answer, you can basicaly rob the place blind if you realy want to and without pissing anyone off. including the Plasma Caster. just use a repair kit or three to bring it up to snuff.

Plasma Defender, Recharger Pistol, Multiplas Rifle, Plasma Caster, Laser RCW, Tri-Beam Laser Rifle.

All of these can be stolen from them by taking them to the bathroom and stealing them while sneaking, and all of them are kick-ass energy weapons.
