If you follow Fable's link and poke around in other sections of UESP wiki, you can find out what the stats of differing types of equipment is. What is best, depends upon how you play.

For many, the answer to all of your questions would be the same: Self-enchanting various pieces based on either looks or the best quality available at your level.

Of the four items you mention, my character only really uses a bow. She has never touched any other type of weapon or a shield, and dresses only for fashion. So. . . her answer would be a self-enchanted daedric bow.
