All TES games are excepcionally good, with the solely exception of Redguard and maybe Arena. Otherwise, you don't like RPGs, are nostalgia'ing or just angry.

Redguard is not a TES series, and Arean was great. I don't think there was a better game than arean for it's time. Just curious, how are you comparing Arena? To games of now or back then? I haven't played any fantasy game besides Arean because they just couldn't beat it in my opinion.

Well, Arena ("Arean") is kind of hard bone to chew nowadays, and definitely TES II was better. I guess It's not bad, I just need to pour some more time into It.

So it's okay for the Daggerfall and Morrowind group to claim that Oblivion / Skyrim style fans are just casual, console gamers that are simple minded and need "dumbed down" games, but it's not okay to make claims about the Daggerfall / Morrowind group?

Still it would be rank hypocrisy to complain about DF/MW fans doing something then do the same thing yourself.

I'm just tired of all the Daggerfall and Morrowind fans making their melodramatic, blanket claims ("Skyrim isn't a real RPG", "Skyrim is 'dumbed down'", "Bethesda got lazy", "Console gaming ruined PC gaming", "This isn't a 'real' TES game") but then fly out of the woodworks claiming "it's called a difference of opinion, accept it!" anytime a Skyrim fan gets a bit overly defensive of their game.

And who's the Daggerfall / Morrowind group?

Just take a look around this forum. It won't take you more than 5 minutes to find a thousand threads about how Morrowind is better in every way conceivable than Skyrim, and Bethesda has become the laziest, most horrible game developer ever because they took Spellmaking and Acrobatics out of Skyrim.
