Rapid firing plasma gun. I have it set with a sniper barrel and it shoots almost as fast as an automatic but with twice the damage.

Has to be a tommy gun called Spray n' Pray, thing is so powerful(especially once I buff its two mod slots) that I can pretty much empty a clip and take down a behemoth before it even reaches me. The toughest legendary ghouls and mirelurks, chops their legs out from under them/tears their shells off leaving them powerless. Funny thing is, I left it sitting in my inventory forever figuring, eh it's just another tommy gun, now I don't use anything else. Only thing is that I have to watch no bystanders are around when firing at enemies, as it does splash fire damage as well
Got a lucky musket critical shots do double damage. Is there a way to get the object id for this weapon? Really like the muskets in game the animations are real good and they look great. Would really like to use it in future playthroughs.
I was at the blood clinic last night and Dogmeat went off and killed a legendary rad-roach for me. Good boy. Got a Lucky 10mm with an advanced receiver. I think it does 27 or 28 damage. Two seconds later I found a non-legendary 10mm with an armor-piercing automatic receiver, but it does 14 damage.
So is it better to swap the receivers and go full auto with the Lucky blessing? Or is it better to keep the Advanced Receiver on Lucky 10mm and go with the high base damage?
I got a synth right arm piece that increases damage against humans by 15%. Can't quite remember it's name, since I never use it.
My best is probably the Fat Man I picked up last night, I can't even remember its effect (I don't use big guns).
But my favourite is the 10mm cryo pistol I picked up at level 7, still use it 20 levels later. +10 Cryo damage, I have it fully modded out and have invested in the pistols perk. Though hopefully I'll find a better pistol soon.
I got a Frenzied sniper rifle. Has a chance to frenzy target on each hit. I have yet to see the effect on a target, but I've found myself in several unreachable sniper positions where it could've worked out great.
I love some of the elevated roads where you are about 5 stories over the highest buildings and you pass over several raider, mutant camps.
I've found a bunch of legendary items but nothing that great. My favorite is a double barrel that shoots and reloads faster.
Have you seen the http://fallout4.wiki.fextralife.com/Furious+Power+Fist?
I found a .50 Sniper Rifle which ignores 50% of Armor, that's probably the best so far. Also I found a switchblade which does double limb damage.. that one is fun against ghouls lol
Plasma Pipe Gun (+10 Energy Damage and chance to gooify enemies). I was wondering what I was going to do with all of my excess .38 ammo, but after I found this lil' beauty, I have no more worries. Was able to take out Swan at Swan Lake with this thing. Took a lot of bullets, but it was fun doing it. I rock this thing 80% of the time as it really helps to stockpile ammo for some of the hard-to-find calibers.
Plus, all of the nuclear material I find on slain enemies is pretty awesome too.
Lucky Gauss Rifle found it fully upgraded, 15% faster Crit replenish additionally Crits do 50% more DMG which means around 1000 DMG per crit. Found it with 16 Luck in SPECIAL; 10 with perks + 6 with gear. Now im building my char around Critical damage and AP.
An Assault Rifle that does 50% more damage against Ghouls, completely OP too. I don't think I've ever had a problem with Ghouls again after getting this weapon.
I heard a big explosion outside my settlement at Hangman's Alley and went out to check what happened, there was a dead mutant suicider on the ground and further away a dead mutant skirmisher and a dead legendary mutant who had dropped an instigating Fat Man (double damage to enemies with full health)...those are not "mini" nukes anymore...
A glowing combat knife :/ Haven't even used it yet. - not the best I know.
I'd probably go with one of the laser rifles, or something with apparel. I managed to get a shotgun off a glowing radroach which was a bit weird, but ok.
Exterminator's Fat Man
Bonus damage against insects and Mirelurks. Good-bye, Radscorpions and blood bugs!
