Foresworn, hunting, nordic hero, Bow of the Hunt, or dragon bone would be my choices.

Basically, stay away with anything that is predominately made of metal.

Are there any bows and/or arrows that are one-of-a kind looking (not a variant of another bow or arrow design)?

Such as Auriel's Bow?

I've seen small thumbnail pics on uesp under "artifact weapons" and "unique weapons" but it doesn say whether or not they are variants of other bows/arrows.

Nordic arrows (DB DLC) look good with the nightingale bow.

Nord hero arrows are my favourite.

I'm planning on getting saviour's hide for my female redguard soon, she currently has forsworn armour and a forsworn bow, the forsworn bow is actually surprisingly powerful for how "primitive" it is and I'm thinking of sticking with it indefinitely. Definitely fits with saviour's hide IMO, and generally with a wild barbarian-esque type character.
