I am not sure if they are the best but the Total Hack mags have been my favorite so far. I get a lot of satisfaction sneaking into a place and hacking the turrets, spot lights, and robots as my allies.

What are some of your favorite mag perks?

except for the Hot Rodders, Picket Fences and Le Coiffe, the others give such a small increase that I rarely notice!

But the perks are nice to get!

probably the sneak magazines...it's almost silly how effective my guy is at sneaking, even in daylight...but I like it..
