best mod to remove all gaurds in all cities knowing about my : IV

Annoying that, based on mistakenly stealing one single apple, every single guard in the game collars me (bounty level at 1/100). What's the most simple and current mod to address this? Reneer's Guard Overhaul?

how about going up to a guard and paying the fine?

Or use the console command.

Your two options are Reneer's Guard Overhaul and SM Regional Bounty.
