I just installed The Nice One's Enhanced Hotkeys mod, but I don't think it allows for using the mousewheel to scroll through spells or inventory items.
Can anyone recommend one that does?

I am using this for a Nehrim install, in case that matters at all.

I do have OBSE and MenuQue 6 installed, but no other mods.
