is it motoki's better heads the face com or Leeloo Changing Faces NPC Replacer or any other NPC face replacer post your opinion bellow.

It isn't posted in the list Sister came up with. You could combine it with Vvardenfell Visages, which is also pluginless.
As for the beastraces i would go for Alienslof's better beasts.
