I plan to build the most carrying Automatron. What is the best combination? I have gotton to 350, but sure it Can be better.

Use the Command function to make them pick stuff up manually and no companion will ever run out of carry space. Like I said before, I cleared 2,350 lbs of stuff off Piper when I traded her out for Curie.

4th rank of strong back makes all this meaningless.

My sentry bot of doom carries 530, and I dont have the final rank of inspirational.

I've made a Sentry at 550, but you can't really take them with you because they get stuck all the time. My protectrons max at 420 I believe., but so slow.

Yep! I learned that trick from Skyrim! It's slow as hell, but when you're in a pinch, you gotta do what you gotta do...

It's a nice trick, but not really practical with junk. Also, they might fix this exploit in the new survival mode.

Not if your deep in an underground bunker and can't fast travel.

I minimize the slowness of this method by rushing through the building, killing everything then backtracking commanding the companion to pick up the heavy stuff like pots, hotplates, shovels, microscope and of course corpses. Robots do have an advantage in that they don't have a pick up animation.
