Hello, I'm loving the holorifle and read some info that certain perks don't work with it. I was wondering which perks add to its effectiveness. I currently have rapid reload and bloody mess

as far as I know, the best perks are the ones that boost damage with certain enemies. I do not think any of the perks work with it that well.
