Best person to sell to? : IV

Does anybody know the best person to sell various things to (namely armour), I'm trying to find somebody with a good amount of money available.

Here's a link that shows all the merchants (including those from DLCs), their mercantile skill, what they buy/sell and how much gold they have. I think you'll find it helpful.

Yup. Buffy lives in Bravil. Nothing like coming home from dungeon diving at 2 in the morning and having good old Nordinor waiting there to buy her loot. :dance:
