Best place to see AI

Where do you find those npcs that kill others or steal from others? I hear those things happen, but I have never witnessed the NPCs doing said actions.

If you are outside the main gate to Skingrad around noon, you may catch Shameer trying to lift an apple or onion off someone. He always gets caught. Bye-bye Shameer. Been good to know ya.

For something completely different, late at night, you can catch two sailors on the Anvil waterfront, fighting over which one gets to take Mirabell Monet home if you get my meaning.
