No brainer, if a game is multi-platform and is available for PC then PC wins out every time. My opinion may be skewed because I have a kickass system but doesn't that prove that PC is the best to play games on?

PS3 is from Sony, 360 from Microsoft, and PC with an OS by Microsoft. All 3 receive new games. The best one is the one you already own since you already have it setup, know how to use it, been playing it, and established whatever profile and friends list. If you have all that settled in how is anyone going to convince you to change? If everyone is just like you how would you convince them to change? Convince yourself to change? PCs are on the side since they're not solely for gaming or videos. Usually what happens is everyone wants their PC to be a laptop so they have that, but then they can't game. So pick a console. More advanced PC users have their own reasons for chosing them as primary gaming. There's no civilized way to discuss this on the internet. A lot of topics need more explanation so someone even can even understand how something is weighed. No one will admit that so it always turns into a flame war.

Since this has turned into a platfore/console flame fest, It's closed. 'Tis why we often close these before they turn sour when we get busy, because they always turn sour.
