There are a lot of great quotes from NPCs.

I was passing a guard and he turns to me and says, "I was thinking the other day . . . I could be the Dragonborn! I might just not know it." I so badly wanted to do a shout and knock him on his ass, but I was busy laughing.

That is my favorite line, I laugh every time.

I freaking love that quote. It scared the [censored] out of me the first time I heard it though. I was walking through Falcrath (spelling?) and I heard "Psst", I turned around to see who said it and the guard told me that. It's badass that there're people around Skyrim that support assassins.
