Vote. Lucky gets my vote, although for aesthetics I like the look of the fully modded .357 magnum.

Fully modded Ranger Sequoia, with WMX mod. Between user mods and the GRA DLC, if you're still playing just with default weapons, you've missed the boat. When I want the most bang for the buck in a revolver, it's hard to beat poppin' a king-sized cap in their asses with the RS. With the proper revolver build and perks, it rarely takes more than one shot to the gourd to take down most anything, especially from sneak- which is the best way to get the most out of revolvers.

Police Pistol. It reloads pretty quickly and I like its aesthetics.

That Gun. It's almost the gun from Blade Runner, what's not to love?

.44 with heavy frame? What about without; the heavy frame makes it look hideous. The .44 is my revolver of choice, but I'd never ugly it up with the heavy frame.

Ranger Sequoia.

The Ranger Sequoia may be a hand cannon and That Gun may be the only one that has dedicated AP rounds, but Lucky still gets my vote. It's hard to explain, but Lucky feels so much easier to use then any of the others.

Lucky, for it's aesthetics and high crit rate. The Ranger Sequoia would have been my favorite, but it has the same sound as the .44 magnum, and that always bothered me.

I was unaware that the ranger sequoia has any competition.

I have it, but in terms of vanilla game weapons the sound svcks. And every time I play on ps3 it reminds me of the weak sound that the Sequoia puts out. I just don't understand why it doesn't use the same sound as the hunting revolver.

I love that crisp crack sound of the hunting revolver. I wish the scope was optional.

I was reading throuogh these posts and saw the references to Lucky. Lucky?!? What's that? Looked it up and immediately had to go get it. I think I must never have had LP high enough at that point and never went back. I have found that most safes aren't worth going back after if I am not playing HC. That one apparently is! I have at least 4 play throughs under my belt and still get to experience new stuff. What a great game.

I would still favor the RS but admit a belated new found fondness for Lucky.

I prefer the Mysterious Magnum over everything else, it's powerful, it's accurate; and it's a hold out weapon.

Hunting Revolver, the rest of you are wrong.

It shouldnt be debatable. I was scratching my head when I saw the title of this thread.

I already told you guys, Hunting Revolver is the best, anyone who disagrees is wrong.

I like Lucky more then any of the other revolvers and I'll explain why rather then just saying "I like Lucky more" over and over again.
When compared to the Hunting Revolver:
-Hunting Revolver does significantly more damage
-Hunting Revolver has only slightly higher DPS
-Hunting Revolver has nearly double the crit damage
-Lucky weighs 1.5lbs less
-Lucky needs a Strength requirement of 3 instead of 6
-Lucky doesn't have any Guns requirement instead of 75
-Lucky fires nearly twice as fast as the Hunting revolver
-Lucky has over double the HP
-Lucky has over double the chance of getting a crit hit
-Lucky's 357. ammo is much easier to find then 45-70 Govt. rounds for the Hunting Revolver
-Lucky has less spread then the Hunting Revolver
-Lucky reloads a hell of a lot quicker
-Lucky has a bigger magazine
-Lucky is available very early on
Both guns have positive aspects that appeal to different people. I like Lucky more because I consider it the better sidearm. A sidearm is something I use to take down molerats, radscorpions or raiders who get the drop on me. If I want stopping power and a scope then I'll bring along a Hunting Rifle. I would also much rather be using my extremely rare 45-70 Govt. rounds in a Brush Gun then in a Hunting Revolver, but to each his own I guess.

The two sixiest weapons in the game in my opinion are Lucky & La Longue Carabine :wub:
