Best Skyshard Maps?

Post » Mon Mar 24, 2014 11:38 am

Going to try and print out some maps so that I can just circle the shards as I gather them. These are the best maps I have seen so far http://teso.mmorpg-life.com/skyshards/ Hoping I can get these ones to print out well in black and white

Anyone seen any other good maps??

I agree to some point on people finding them on their own, there will be a whole lot of searching involved before i use this map.

I want so badly to ignore this post and forget I ever saw it, and rely only on the fortuitous discovery of exploration.

Really they should make them random locations and you pick one it moves somewhere else to prevent this.

Nobody forced you to click the "Best Skyshards Maps" Topic, or to click the link in my post. So yes you go right ahead and find all 303 by exploration, good luck!

Still looking if any other good maps out there?

I'm all for exploration, but when new skills are on the line, I'm definitely going to want to get these as efficiently as possible. I'm sure there will be plently of more inconsequential things to explore anyway.

I like to solve the riddles to the skyshards thanks. You know use some grey cells in trying to locate them rather than relying on a map which tells me where they are.

im wondering this too.

The game is about listening to the stories, do questing and explore to find all collectibles.

There is already maps of every secret forge, skyshards and people cry because they try to shut down mindless grinding... im like

There was a site that had a private video and screenshots showing you where every shard was but when I click the link in bookmarks it says "error" so I guess the site got taken down :(

Haven't checked if it has all the areas yet, but it has map icons, text descriptions, and pictures. Even has dungeon maps for underground skyshards.

The tesotools website has maps that show skyshards and lorebooks. I can not post links yet so add a dot com to get there.

Probably in the future they will deplete some and add others because I sense at least a minority that is okay with maps and such.

Me? In TES 3 and 5 I did not refer much to guides, but it did happen a handful of time. About 10% of my alchemy trait discovery came from Skyrim wiki.

I am at an indifference with this, if a friend tells me to "follow here 5 skyshards" I will follow. This whole concept really brings up some controversial discussion about referring to guides or not.

Tamrielfoundry.com is still working on the map. Hopefully, it will have all skyshards, lorebooks, treasure locations, and places of interest. You can get to the current version from the drop down menu on the site.

Esomarkers add-on may also include an in-game map of skyshards and hopefully lorebooks, for no annoying alt-tabbing!

Indeed! We're even given hints in our journal to make the process of finding them more enjoyable.

People that blindly follow/use maps for skyshards have no cause, I feel, to ever complain about the lack of exploration in the game.

Gracious, I can never understand why people don't actually want to play the game and would rather treat it like some crude treasure hunting exercise. But just because I don't, and won't, understand doesn't mean I don't respect their choice of play-style, each to their own.

All skyshard maps on a single page, each skyshard linked to their relevant skyshard achievement hints. Makes it easy to spot the ones you are missing.
