Edit: Stealth SNIPER build... forgot to say i need a sniper as my main weapon and maybe an smg like a .22 silent smg or pistol anything silent

A stealthy sniper, needs to be strong enough to carry and shoot a sniper rifle, lucky to get more critical hits, the intelligence in combat situations depends on the player, but in roleplay it's important too, to know when to fight and when to run, perception is necessary, a good sniper must have everything controlled and under his watch, agility is important when you've been discovered, while endurance is not that important.

Mods: Sniper Rifle Silencer, S.R. Carbon Fiber Parts (Lighter)
Companions: I don't recommend them, maybe Boone since he's a sniper too.

ARMOR(IMPORTANT): Stealth Suit MKII (Old World Blues):from sneak +15 to sneak +25, PER +1, AGL +1, Crouch Speed +20%.

I'm good at combat tactics.
