Best Survival mods?

Hello everyone!

I have been playing a lot of Dayz and Rust Recently. A Discussion came up at work about how Skyrim could make a great setting for a "Survival" type game.

Now in the past I have tried making a "SkyZ" style game play by having a mod that adds loads of Zombies every where and having a mod that required I eat and sleep... But I am wondering how far can this go? How far can can Skyrim be turned into a wasteland, with limited resources other than surviving on the land?

What are the best survival mods? Has anyone attempted this before?

I am looking for mods that dramatically reduce the NPC's, remove most if not all quests. Turn alot of the towns and cities into ruins. I am looking for mods that add more enemies, make existing enemies harder and mods that make the over all game play harder.

Removal of Magic would also be a bonus keeping maybe Alchemy as an option. Perks would stay along with shrines and standing stones.

A hard looting system, more dynamic hunting systems, fishing perhaps?

What would you recommend? Would you be willing try?

The last time I did something similar to this type of gameplay was over a year ago and I would imagine that a lot more in terms of mods and improvements for Skyrim have been released since then.

Hit me with your ideas, tips, mods and Roleplays please :)

Invironment

Frostfall - Simulates surviving the harsh cold of Skyrim. You need to stay dry and warm by using open fires, warm clothes and staying out of water. Introduces tents and camping system along with backpacks.

Campfire - Same as Frostfall minus the hypothermia system. Created to be the next step in the upcoming Frostfall 3.0 upgrade.

Wet and Cold - Adds dripping and freeze to player and NPC's based on if they are wet or if it is snowing hard (integrated compatibility with Frostfall). Also makes NPC's use proper attire for weather and makes them seek shelter if it rains.

Footprints - Player, NPC, and creatures now leave footprints in appropriate places.

Survival

Realistic Needs and Diseases - Sleep, Hunger, Thirst and diseases are now something to worry about.

iNeed - Newer incarnation of RND with HUD widgets and some other nice features

Art of the Catch - Allows the player to craft a fishing pole and actually fish!

Harvest Overhaul - Similar to Hunterborn but much more simplified. Makes looting from animals and plants more realistic by giving more believable amount of loot from animals. (2 rabbit haunches, random variable harvest from plants, ect.)
