I've never played as a mage, so I don't know much about this. I've taken Aranea Ienith on. I've given her a ton of staves which she uses. I've handed her various weapons, and she may or may not equip them. Now I'm trying to give her various pieces of apparel, from robes to heavy armor. Some of it she will wear, some she won't. I can't figure out how she decides. If I give her a helmet, she takes off all of her cloths (down to undies, or my wife would have smacked me).

Anyone have any suggestions?
