The MIKE is a fantastic Sci-Fi weapon, and i know that rail-guns ain't Sci-Fi but the Gauss IS out there somewhat, so tell me ..
Why are these weapons so weak, i find the Gauss almost impossible to do well with(i've tried reflex site too and what a laugh THAT was), i believe it should be a one shot kill, look how easy it brings down a Ceph gunship ffs.
And the MIKE it's a freakin' awesome weapon like something from District 9 but wtf?, you need to empty the whole chamber into someone, unless using rapid fire.
*Note these gripes don't apply to pro players as we all know you can pwn with all the guns and the Gauss and MIKE are really the easiest to kill with etc. etc.

The MIKE is a short range weapon only. Maybe you're firing from a great distance?

When i used to use the Scar i was happiest 40ft - close range, now i use the FY i'm comfortable 30ft - close range, but the MIKE i've tried at distance AND close range and unless you want all your kills to be stealth style from behind it ain't worth crap apart from the nice visuals.
It ain't a biggie sometimes i still do use it for fun, the Gauss is a massive fail though.

Mike is awesome, its range is 10 metres, outside of 10 metres it does ZERO!!!! thats probably the issue.

I can kill quite well with it, but its reload is a bit long.

The nerfed Gauss, and only added it for nostalgia

Try pro, it makes the Gauss 1-hit kill

>.> pro makes like everything 1 hit. you are better off using the guass attachment, I personally feel its more accurate and fires faster, it has less ammo but you will have your main weapon as well.
