6 levels in Archery from Angi for hitting a few targets. Second are the 5 Archery skill books. Those last 11 levels are soooooo slow. :-)

Guildmasters Armor for the looks.

Shrouded Hand Wraps, because skillfully planting an iron dagger for the kill in silence is so sweet. Not to mention they look cool.

Worst, the Nirnroot Missive. "Sinderions Serendipity" is okay, but getting all those crimson nirnroots was a pain. I had a moment of Oblivion nostalgia about the whole thing which is cool, but Sinderion, dude, you're dead stop making me gather Nirnroot for you already.
