Poor guy didn't even stand a chance.
That's to be forgiven.. I often forget about the radio myself as it's quite nice to just listen to the background music or even turn that off completely and just listen to the ambient sounds of the game world. I think the radio will be something I listen to while crafting and building settlements but i won't be listening to it when sneaking through dark bombed out buildings hunting raiders.
I always thought he was great simply because he had an opinion. Mr. New Vegas was all cuddly and only ever dropped one or two lines, never really having an opinion.
Three Dog, had something to say at least, even if you did not like the good fight. I did like the german localization more, he had a higher voice.
That said, do we know if we have something similar in radio? Are radio boradcaster(s) confirmed? I want them to have more lines, and maybe alternating stuff as well, and of course more music so that there 5-10 minutes of talking between 30 minutes of music. You could do so much more with it. Mr. New Vegas only ever said: Primm has a new Sheriff, here is Johnny Guitar for those special ladies.
You bet that a killable character will be in a game that takes place at the same time when that character was in a completely different place?
beat me to it.
we shouldn't see ANY character crossover with FO3.
I didn't particularly like 3 dog, but I did like the idea that people in the wastes were aware of my actions. I guess with all the lines of dialogue and a revamped karma system, maybe more NPCs in game will actually comment on the actions of the sole survivor.
He's not and good riddance i say, no insult to the original person but he was annoying as hell. I am currently replaying Fallout 3 after years and i can't even stand that dude, (i would have killed him but i am playing a neutral karma character so i didn't kill him) but i just don't tune into GNR. Enclave is far far better then GNR who always have dog talking about the kid from vault 101. Mr. New Vegas was much better then him. True Three dogs was fun at start but got annoying really quickly.
lol i'll gladly drop them off a high bridge or something
100% agree with this now. Just finished the main quest of Fallout 3 again, and started doing Broken Steel misc. quests. The workers at the Purifier were mentioning she went up to find the Commonwealth. There's a few different conversations supporting this. So i would be shocked if she isn't in Fallout 4.
Hated him, really hope he isn't in. If he is in the game i'm murdering him.
