How could he not be? With those earlier tweets in the past year or so. I don't think its crazy to think they are lying about him not being in it, just to surprise everyone? He was a horrible character with some of the worst dialogue in video games ever; I don't think that him appearing in Fallout 3 is a good idea at all, much less Fallout 4.

There's a sign that says GNN. It's pre-war, and it probably means Galaxy News Network. To say that a different Galaxy News building indicates Three Dog is back would be the same as saying that all Super Duper Marts are raider bases. Personally, as much as I liked Three Dog, it's probably best that we move on to another big personality. The only thing I really care about when it comes to in-game radio now is that there's no f'ing Johnny Guitar.

Yeah, I wasn't a big fan of Three Dog. His speech pattern was a bit off. He had a way of sounding both exited and bored at the same time.. When I think of announcers that would sound correct I think of people like dike Cavett, Jocko Henderson, Alan Freed and dike Clark.

I just don't understand all the teasing he did. For a while it seemed definite he would make a return. He even said he had "permission" to tease more 3 Dog on the way. Maybe Beth was going to but changed their minds.

The 3 Dog tweet I was referring to was in January 2013, the Storyteller was in 2015. I seriously doubt he would have had his "fingers crossed" for a part in that episode. Plus he teased over a long period of time. Did he lose his [censored] mind?

I really never understood why Three Dog was popular. If he's in Fallout 4, he's as good as dead in my universe.

I'll take that bet. The only way in which I wouldn't mind hearing 'HEEEEY THIS IS THREE DOG AHOOOO' again is if he says it moments before being mauled by three dogs.

I wasn't a fan. His voice while having a unique and personable inflection, was also very edgy and loud. That might have been audio/gain manipulation on the part of Bethesda, though...not sure..I haven't heard him outside of FO3.

I never understood why people liked Three Dog, there didn't seem to be anything that stood out about him except that he was obnoxious. Maybe they liked his boring, deep voice... but in any case, it seems pretty solid he isn't in the game and I'm okay with that, but it is mildly amusing that you're in such denial about such an unimportant character, op.
