Beta Client Not Working

FIRST: WTF? (optional reading) -

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but to be honest I don't care.

The support has not helped me at all, I have tried phone, live chat and email.

I understand everyone at Bethesda is very busy but last beta testing I actually recieved replies and got assistance.

I have tried for 2 days straight now and have gotten ZERO assistance.

While in a live chat support session after waiting for veryyyy long, it said I had been to connected to an agent. I didn't know if I was supposed to say anything so I waited for the "agent" to say something and sure enough not even 30 seconds after he joined he disconnected. I am verrry disappointed and would hope someone could help me with my issue.

ISSUE -

My beta launcher won't start the game.
I have updated and repaired it and I've tried selecting auto-startup and nothing will work. When I click on play it simply makes the play button transcendent (can't click on it) as if it was about to start, and the left menu goes away with only the settings option left.
I have downloaded the PTS part also, and neither the BETA or the PTS startup works.
NOTE: I have tried turning off my firewall and running as administrator.
Last beta test I was able to start it up only I didnt have a good enough graphics card to run it. I have upgraded it and now it can handle the game.
Why can't I start it???
Please if anyone can resolve my issue better than the useless support can, I would be most grateful.

These are not the Beta forums. No one here can help you with your problem.

  • The Elder Scrolls Online beta test is under NDA (non-disclosure agreement); you shouldn’t be discussing details of the test in public places such as these forums, social media, streaming video, et cetera. If you’ve gotten in, it’s OK to let people know that, but you can’t say anything else about the test.

It’s very difficult for us to help if you ask here or on our social media channels, and chances are any such requests would break NDA.
