Beta Login Error Merged Similar Topics

CCNA Here: You can not log into the Beta until the Beta Servers are up, which is planned for this Friday at Noon EST. Until then, you will get various error messages when trying to access the Beta Server. The Beta Forums are up, but not the Beta Servers.

However, you should download or update the client, as the case maybe, before this Friday, so you get maximum Beta Time.

Are the ESO servers down? I didn't think they were but, I figure I'll ask anyway. Every time I try to login I get an error message that says my login credentials are incorrect, though I know they're right? I've also tried repairing and that didn't seem to work. Any ideas what might be wrong?

The servers are not up. They haven't been up in weeks.

You're welcome. The beta forums are up, but the actual game servers won't be coming online until some time friday, and we will have the weekend to play. They usually send the codes out a few days ahead of the beta also.

I believe it will be up from 5 am friday (no not SATURDAY morning, FRIDAY morning, 5 am, just to be clear :D) up until tuesday 4.59 am.

Thats what a beta giveaway site was saying and it matches with the previous beta time table so it's most likely accurate.

So thursday night better set that clock to rise with the [censored] (the chicken male). (they censor real words :( )

My email says Friday 12.00 pm EST to Sunday 11.59 pm EST.

That would be 60 hours.

Okay, simple enough question: I mamaged to grab a beta key by giveaway and activated, but it's for PC/Mac. I need a PS4 Beta Key. Is having a key Universal, as in one key fits all, or do I need a separate PS4 key? And if the latter can someone link me to a legit contest where I can get one?

Ps4 beta hasn't started yet. Might not even be till after the PC release and they begin working for the console release.

You'll prob need a different key for the PS4 beta. Since the current ones are just Pc/Mac. There are no legit console beta giveaways yet.

This.

They've already stated the PS4 beta is coming soon, but I wouldn't bet on it happening until after PC has launched. These are two totally separate betas.

Hey everyone! I participated in the last beta weekend, and just recently received a beta invitation for this weekend. Now, I went to enter the beta code that I received via e-mail onto the account page of my previous beta account and it says that the code is invalid. I also noticed that I have been given a specific username and password for the beta forums and that username doesn't match my previous account information. My concerns are the following:

Am I going to be able to play this weekend's beta on the account that I used before, or do I have to play on a new account that was created for this beta? The latter would be disappointing, since I wanted to play the character that I was playing before.

Is this not even a problem, and I don't have to apply a new beta code to my previous account because I was already in the beta?

If the first question is true, and I have a new account, is my original account (the account I plan on playing) not going to receive the in-game beta digital perk (monkey companion)?

If anyone could help me figure this all out, that'd be great. Thanks!

Think that code was meant for a friend, you already have access.

So does that mean that the Beta code I have is only valid for the actual game server and not the test server? Does this also mean that there is a chance that come midnight on Sunday that I won't be able to play the game again until it launches? I'm goingto play either way but I am curious.

For the love of god someone please help me, I have spent hours trying to get this fixed to no avail.

When I try to launch ESO the launcher comes up, first time it updates, now every time it gets stuck on "Loading Defaults" before I even have any options or download bars. I missed last beta test because of this and I don't want to miss this one as well. I have EVERYTHING I could find to fix it, change internet settings, admin mode, compatibility mode, re install so many times, restart pc ECT.

Does anyone know how to get this going? PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I GO BALD.

Also I run win7 64bit.

Hi All

Quick question. I downloaded the beta, tried to log in with my normal user name and pw, and it says the info is wrong. I can however access using the same info the regular elder scrolls website.

Is this indeed a problem or do I need to register myself with new usernames etc for the beta and if so where?

Thanks in advance

Pretty sure it will only work once the beta is live, I have the same issue.

I went ahead and tested this. It should be fixed by launch.

It just says this instead of the no beta yet message.
