Beta Patch on Steam

I just watched a video demonstrating the new legendary difficulty and ability to reset level 100 skill trees back to 15, returning all perks.
Sadly I do not own a very powerful PC and in its place I play the Xbox 360 version of Skyrim so I can't test this new patch for myself.
I can only imagine the huge amount of replay ability this adds to an already ever lasting game.

What I am left wondering however is when you level past 81 since you can continue leveling on reset skills, do you receive perks for each level past the old boundary?
If I am right wouldn't this mean you could eventually unlock every single perk? This would be very fitting considering how tough legendary difficulty looks to be.

As a side note, for those who are asking the same questions, what do you think of the new difficulty that is being tested and the new features included beside it?

Personally I think that Legendary is something I will challenge when I'm a fair level and fully equipped in well enchanted armor offering maximum protection (without cheating)
Finally I have a reason to continue toughening up my main character and making use of different skills that I normally wouldn't have looked at before.
Maybe somebody could start a forum on legendary builds so we can have a look at what characters fair best in the hardest times ahead :)
