How was that broken anyway?

Does that mean affected arsenals such as Missile Launcher & Explosive weapons will be buffed?

exactly. I prefer baby steps over one massive patch that caused more issues.

Oh a related note since I am beta testing this, I'm enjoying the changes.

Yup. First thing I did was put a couple raider tents together and now I got myself an out door camp site. :D

Overdrive is now bugged, at least on my PC. After a fresh start-up of the game, Overdrive, already active or consumed immediately after start-up works as it should but after some time (maybe, previous Overdrive expired, fast travel, or anything else) Overdrive does properly increase normal damage but no longer causes critical strikes outside of VATS... or simply doesnt show that it did (although I did notice a drop in "target health losses" when fighting a warlord even with Overdrive "active").

Getting rank 4 of demo expert would rescind the bonus for AOE damage you get on rank 3. Your damage would increase at rank 4 but the AOE would be reduced to normal again. Missile Launchers and Explosives will be what they are supposed to be at rank 4 with better AOE not damage as the damage was already correct.

Thanks.

This could be actually a bad news for Explosive legendary weapons... since they will be even more dangerous close range than now. lol

I found AoE of Missile Launcher and Fatman quite disappointing. I cannot believe Bethesda is using third patch to address this, it should have been fixed in last patch when Big League was addressed.

Some people mock Bethesda of not doing any kind of bug testing before release of game... and things like this just make it sound so convincing. :nope:

Super mutant clutter? And Raider clutter? No thanks, I want to get rid of clutter (trash, leaves, shrubs poking through my house floor).

Themed mutant/raider arena? What's not to like about this??

Personally, I'm hoping I can capture a Goliath and force raiders to battle it to (their) death ;) Muahaha!!

Nice on the updated asset.

But I guess my Deacon will still be bugged and won't run.

If they really fixed the Scribe, then I`m happy. I wrote them 2 times about it, even sent my saves . So thank you , Bethesda! I know that almost all lvl 4 vendors are bugged and I mentioned it in my feedback, but this is a step forward.

I somehow found a way around with most of bugs, but not with these vendors. I`m going to install it.

I hope they've added some outfits that can be modded with ballistic weave.

I long for the day when I can adventure on Hard wearing my winter jacket and jeans or my brotherhood fatigues.

I've played a little bit on the patch.

One thing I noticed is that the persistent piles of ash and goo from previous kills have disappeared.

I used some of those as a landmark to find hangman's alley.

Not sure if further kill piles will also be cleaned up.

I've also had a couple of odd things happen but not sure if they are related to continuing a game with the beta patch .

I was at Graygarden bartering some stuff and a regular supermutant spawned on the roof of the greenhouse.

One of the robots roasted it with it's flamethrower.

A moment later another spawned in exactly the same spot on the roof.

I've never seen that before.

Seconded.

Incidentally, since I grabbed the beta patch, my weapons no longer go to full clips when I switch them out. I kinda assumed that was by design, but I guess not. More immersive this way.

We're still missing a key ring and/or password book to help with the chaos of the misc. tab.

This is a stupid thing to "fix" I have a character that I use mostly to build and play around with settlements and another that I engage in the main game more. Without this glitch I'll give up on most building. It's just a hassle to come up with the materials, not fun.

I'd be happy with just having shipments readily available for sale. Especially the main building components of wood, steel and concrete. Either give the vendors multiple shipments or make the shipments larger. As it stands if You want to build something reasonable (and you've scrapped all the settlements) you're buying, waiting 2 days, buying, waiting 2 days (repeat ad nauseum) --or using the glitch.

There are at least a few of them. There are some 'radioactive area' type signs and a few other assorted signs, but it didn't add a whole lot really. It added more paintings than it did signs, which honestly I really don't care about. I've hung exactly one painting (and scrapped it a short while later) in my 600 hours with the game, so it's not a big deal to me lol

any key rings in there

one of the most irritating aspects of the game no keyrungs

now i play on a pc and use mods and one of the first mods was the keyring mod such a somple and elegant mod that so improves gameplay and immersion

complete failure why this was not in the vanilla game we had a complete seperate key category in skyrim FO NV had a keyring and i think FO 3 aswell but not sure

but nah bethesda prefers to waste time on glorified mods dlcs

greed is good right
