Not a multiplayer game, so no beta testers.

Besides, the beta testers have gone alpha, they tested the beta testers thoroughly, and there were a few incarnations, but the testers they have now have been patched up and are doing a smooth job. They use like, Zeta 6.2 Testers these days. They use 'em on beta games though... so technically they're still beta testers... but not, at the same time.

Any Beta testing they had for FO:NV has already been performed. If there's still Beta Testing going on, it's all wrap-up. You may have wanted to sign up for it when they first announced Fallout: New Vegas...

Bethesda tends to use in house staff, paid QA guys and gals, so I think you havta apply for a job with them if you wanna test games.
Obsidian, the same.

Like Fallout 3, everyone who buys the first version is a beta tester until the GOTY one comes out.

Lets use http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1099407-do-you-think-there-should-be-a-beta-demo-version-of-nv/ instead.
Not a multiplayer game, so no beta testers.

gamesas had a closed beta for the Bloodmoon expansion and that's single player, about 300 people had the chance to beta test it IIRC. It is, however, extremely unlikely that there will be any public beta with New Vegas.
