is bethesda caring about paying customers?

Post » Mon Feb 15, 2016 9:40 am

how reacted bethesda in the past to frustrated customers who lost money and lifetime because the buggy app destroyed their savegames?

any experiences? is now the time for me to go nuts and angry or can i trust bethesda that they will care of my issues?

what about money compensations?

You can ask for your money back for the lunchboxes you bought for the affectet vault, in iTunes support . I've done it a couple of time no problems. I wish everyone would do it everytime Bethesda fudges up our vaults. Especially since they don't seem to be helping people, even in their 'support forum'. Unfortunenately we don't get back all the time and effort we spent in that vault we lost. I wish Beshesda would appreciate their customers more.

Yeah it seems like they dont care about people who have issues with anything. As long as they get money theyre satisfied.

Sethvir is correct. I will also add that even without the latest crash - the most recent one caused (as usual) by adding paid features to the vault AND the pop up advertisemants which load at start up- Bethesda included a strategy-wrecking spanner in their new "pets" feature.

Haven't figured out what it is yet? Well, if you like your fully trained level 50 dwellers, and have been working towards that.... You have been wasting your time.

Pets with continuous training time reduction will not level those dwellers up (past 50). Only level 50 dwellers with low SPECIAL stats can simultaneously train the stat while leveling up... Thanks Bethesda! Guess that's why the new "eviction" feature is exists?

The latest crash coupled with the moronic strategy-switching is the end of this nonsense for me.

The point is, is the level 50+ dwellers have higher HP?

No one can tell as the actual HP is not visible.
