Bethesda deleting all negative opinions on patch 1.2

Post » Mon Dec 12, 2011 6:45 am

Watch out - go over the last three pages - anything negative you say about patch 1.2 is being deleted.

Same old Bethesda.

Shame on them,

Propably because there's already thread about 1.2 patch and we don't need another one... Go make your complaints there.

Well, the moderators are deleting them because this is the Skyrim General discussion, so they are putting threads in the support sub-forums.

Stop trying to make Bethesda look bad.

So lock them. If they have been deleted, then it's presumably for an altogether different reason.

Numerous reasons why they would do this:

- Too many of these threads, they close and USUALLY direct you to the one they decided as the main thread.
- This isn't the correct section of Skyrim to discuss/post threads about patches.

Now stop your slander and read before you post.

Locking is one thing. Deleting is hiding it. We all know a bunch of crappy game sites are running through the forums right now.

People are simply TALKING about patch 1.2 and are unhappy - they are not requesting tech support. Those posts are being deleted. I added proof in my OP.

Have installed patch 1.2. Went out and killed two dragons- no issues. I don't understand what the problem is.

Actually, posts relating to the patch are supposed to go in the outlined threads in their designated forums. Its to keep things organized so that Beth can easily read up on issues. Please stop trying to make a conspiracy out of nothing. -_-

Those threads are not deleted, they're locked for obvious reasons that other users before me have already explained.

Do you even understand that there's a difference between deleting a thread and locking it? Aren't you the one who made the thread talking about you wanted a class-action lawsuit against gamesas?

Maybe they're trying not to let this place turn into an orgy of [censored]ing and moaning? Maybe they're going to create a centralized thread? Maybe those particular threads were full of flaming and had a terrible signal to noise ratio? Maybe all of those things are true.

But no. Let's toss around the word censorship.

You are SUCH a liar. The threads are locked, not deleted. Learn the difference. You can still SEE & READ the posts under that thread. Also if you paid attention, notice how the moderator directs you the the PROPER section to discuss technical issues and patches, which is the Support Section.

I already said this up above but learn to read before you post. Stop this idiotic slander of yours.

If they spent as much time testing this patch as they did modding this forum everything would be fine

Well since Bethesda won't talk to us at all, we need some outlet to vent our frustration verbally and not physically towards them.

And locking a thread is the same - the thread is dead as a doorknob.

They are not deleting them. Duplicate threads get locked/merged so as to avoid having 56 topics on the same damn subject. Its been like that on this board for a loooong time.

They're in the wrong forums.

If you're too daft to realise that you shouldn't probably be allowed to post.

Mods are not bethesda employees so that arguement is very invalid.
