I wonder do the robots and creature we make or capture count toward settlement defense.
I love it this is great. The first one seems interesting, the second one to me seems....meh i'm not that interested in taming deathclaws but that is just me & the third seem awesome can't wait & more to come....awesome already this beats Skyrim's dlcs by a mile in my opinion.
Make hay while the sun shines!
They could just wait and release everything all at once, and make the price tag on the game $100. But, it may seem less painful to part with $100 slowly over time, rather than all at once. To some people, I should say. I wouldn't mind seeing the whole she-bang all at once and paying the $100. Of course, I could just wait until next year for a used copy of the ultimate edition and get the whole thing on the cheap. But I, for one am too stoked to wait.
They said in the same link that they will be adding another $20 worth of content after those three.. My hope is that they instead make another Far Harbor sized DLC and not some more small DLC that mods have already done.
"Mods will be coming to console".. Okay well the $5 DLC has already been done by modders and is free making that DLC worthless.
Wow! The mods have already done this:
"Choose from hundreds of mods; mixing limbs, armor, abilities, and weapons like the all-new lightning chain gun. Even customize their paint schemes and choose their voices!"
Now you are making me jealous for a PC again!
So excited! All of them look good, I see a backpack too
Actually he has a point: All these dlc's combined is $39.97. So if there's two more dlc's at the price of 9.99 it will end up being a total of $59.95
which would actually make the content $60 dollars. So yes, this seems likely that we're only getting one HUGE expansion in the harbour one but that's it. If there is another big expansion it'll mean there's only 1 more dlc coming after May cause that'll just turn it into $64.96 which would actually be a bit over. Either way don't expect much content after May, it'll either be 2(9.99) content the size of that robot dlc or just 1 big expansion. Kinda disappointed so far from what I read. Maybe the actual content mix with free updates can make it worth it we'll have to see.
Sadly i don't think we'll be getting 2 smaller ones with 1 big one after the harbor one in May. It's either 2 smaller ones or 1 big one and that's it. It has to hit $60 it can't be $70+ unless they jack up the season pass again.
The second dlc shouldn't even be apart of the season pass, that should be separate. Which is my point.
I hear you. The games now are so much bigger, better, cooler, engaging, etc. I remember my poor thumb cramps on the Atari 2600.
Staging fights and building robots is something you do while waiting for the next story DLC, that's how I look at it.
I remember an upcoming mod DLC. Is called Fallout Lonestar. Was supposed to be out for FNV, but they changed their plans when FO4 comes out. So now is an upcoming mod DLC for FO4 yeah.
But I think if all the work they do make to the mod, while they make only the minimum wage. Well, I would say that they should be ashamed.
I don't know what you mean by this, but the season pass should include ALL DLC. Unless you are saying it should be free as part of an update patch, it has to be included in the Season Pass.
Not sure whether you failed to read the Bethesda link.. Or my post.. I said the $5 DLC has been done by mods, and the settlements can already make use of robots.
I guarantee the Automatron DLC could have been done by mods with the CK as well, but given that still hasn't been released I'm not sure how far they could go with that. A lightning chain gun would be easy to implement though.
I am not sure what the purpose of a season pass that includes all future content would be if it did not include all future content. I think buying the content piece meal is the alternative to the season pass. Don't want them all? Don't buy them all.
Or are you thinking of some version of a season pass that only includes a limited amount of future content. If so, I think I would have to know which elements of future content would be included, and which would be excluded before I could buy a package deal that may or may not have content that I want.
Just brainstorming out loud, so to speak.
No offense, but you seem like one of those kind of people who will complain regardless of what Bethesda offers for Fallout 4 based on your posts. I'd also like to point out that it says OVER 60$ worth, so again you're making assumptions based off of almost nothing.
Also, the season pass was going to include every dlc they ever made for Fallout 4, so I don't know where you're getting this "It shouldn't be part of the season pass!" BS.
This is completely OT but your sig is amazing
Ok, back on topic- I am very intrigued by Far Harbor. Point Lookout and Dragonborn are my favorite DLCs ever and this little nugget of info that just dropped puts me in the mindset of both of those. Plus I got the season pass for $21 over the summer so my bags are packed and ready to go!
Although I am excited to hear about these DLCs..
The $24.99 DLC really needs to be good considering its price LOL
I really hope future $10-$15 DLCs are at least as good as FNV DLC packs.
It's nice that you can math, but you seem to have missed this part:
And more important, that this is only the beginning. We have plans for more. More than $60 worth of new Fallout adventures and features throughout 2016.
