Okay, so this has been bugging me for a while, but I haven't felt like saying anything until now. Am I the only one that has this weird placeholder icon for the BGSF forums? When this used to be the Elder Scrolls forum, it had a little guy in a suit of armor (or something like that) but it's just been this weird double box place holder ever since. Is this intended, or is it just me? How to do I fix this or why hasn't anyone ever changed it?

:facepalm: I can't believe I never made that connection. It's so minimalist I always just assumed it was a placeholder of some kind.

Its too minimalist. The box does not communicate anything to me...not even placeholder.

The default placeholder in Firefox looks like http://img607.imageshack.us/img607/2139/21327345.jpg. They make me rage, I hate them.

I'd almost prefer it if the site had that. Honestly, I find the black box to be quite unattractive for an icon. The only reason I mentioned it, was because it really sticks out with the IP.Board skin. At least with the old styles/default it matched the dark tone. The white sheet of paper doesn't clash with the white/blue of the Ip.Board style like the current icon does.

It has been that box for quite some time now, been so long it really is ignored. Would be nice to have something else but it really should not be a huge priority.

Listen up! Everyone stop working on TES V this very instant and help find a better tab icon for the forums! Gogogo!

The box doesn't bother me, but I never noticed the connection to the logo either.

I always imagined the icon was to mirror the dark default forum skin, although it hasn't actually looked like that since early 2010.
