Funny, when I first got SKYRIM, I had a friend here locally in Tennessee (USA) who was playing Oblivion. While I was developing cool stuff and finding out stuff that was bizarre and funny in ES-V, he was doing the same in ES-IV.

Next I got the bug to grab ES-IV and find out if it really was even more fun than SKYRIM in some ways, got deeply immersed in THAT and the next time I talked to my buddy Jon guess what?

The guy had jumped to SKYRIM!!!

So now here I am back to my old tricks, trying out fastlanes and slick tricks in FALLOUT Three, and guess what that silly bugger is up to?

He's got himself into Fallout New Vegas when I wasn't looking ~ so once again we are at the same game series but with different versions of the game rotated just far enough apart from eachother that we really can't share wild ideas back and forth...

Well darn the bad luck!!!

Ever had friends with common interests like that? Similar but mutually defeating???

My coworker and I both love music, and we chat about it whenever we can. Unfortunately, he has 20 years experience listening to it, acutely focused on 90s rock and hip-hop with a mix of classic stuff like Hendrix and Marley. Meanwhile I've only been seriously listening for 5 years, and I wade ankle-deep in every genre and decade I can get my ears on. So the odds of my listening to a band he likes is small despite my eclectic tastes, and I can't begin to bring most of my playlist into the discussion. Sometimes it's like we're speaking different languages.

We both agree that reggae is the best thing ever, however.

I recently discovered (?) that there were a whole lot more "LIVE" Peter Frampton recordings out there than I knew -

I can recommend Frampton Comes Alive II (besides the first one - FCA2 came out in the 90's) and Live in Detroit

Comes Alive II actually has a lot of blues sound in it...

;) "Don't you worry - about a 'ting..."
