I'm assuming we can talk about the Scrolls lawsuit since it is now no longer an ongoing legal dispute, instead the court ruled in Notch's favor? my views are that TES isn't even remotely close to Scrolls, which is more like a board game

what are your views on this subject fellow Skyrimers? for those who do not know bethesda made a claim that Scrolls was too similar to Skyrim and TES series because 1. its name and 2. they both have mountains

Bethesda's legal affairs are not up for discussion on this forum. Not to mention this have nothing to do with Skyrim.
