Bethesda.net - concerns about what we can expect behind it

So Bethesda.net was announced at E3 with not much infos about it, besides that it will be integrated with future Bethesda titles and that it will be "the heart of all our games going forwards". Which could mean anything.

The question is: what are we talking about?
Is it just a website somehow linked with the games? A launcher? A proprietary client? Will it be account-based, with our games tied to it? Does it come with an additional DRM-layer? Maybe even on top of Steam as Ubisoft did with UPlay? Will it work as your digital store?

That's a lot of uncertainty as you can see, and I'm sure I didn't put up all questions people might have. The one thing sure about it is, it raises a lot of concerns. Concerns that haven't been addressed at all.
I consider myself as a Bethesda fan and a week ago, I wouldn't have questioned me getting Fallout 4 - at all. However, Bethesda.net might actually be a deal-breaker for me. I surely won't consider pre-ordering before it's clear, what we get with it.

I don't want to come over as scaremongering and will take a "wait and see approach", but all we currently have is assumptions. Assumptions leading to questions and concerns. So please Bethesda, let us know what we can expect with Bethesda.net.

If others aren't just wondering but having concerns about it too, let them know here.
