Corrupt saves?

They dont seem to be corrupt and keep deleting when there are to many saves. After reloading the game the same save is there and loads fine. Have also experienced some freezes only a few times when pulling up the pip boy, is this known right now or should be reporting that in the bugs section? Or is there a setting I could tweak? no mods and all settings maxed.

P.S.- Also missing chunks of the map like the quarry and some school but their just like big blocks of textures if that makes sense like literally giant cubes of blurry textures? tried reverifying on steam but it all checked out 100%.
