I don't saw them and i watch mostly every video.

In the 20 minute gameplay, the part where he frenzies an enemy you can see the shadow of a large bird flying by on the ground.

In a hands on preview one guy said he was shooting arrows at a Hawk which then flew up into a tree for cover .

yes I remember a reviewer saying he saw a hawk flying over and into a tree. He said he took a potshot at the bird and to his surprise, he later found the bird with an arrow in its stomach

the fact there is a hawk, doesnt mean they are doing noises

there you see in the left corner above the tower (and compas) a flying creature but
1. you don't know if its a sprite
2. it doesn't do any sound, there some reasons maybe.
If i go out my house, i hear from time to time the birds and raven which would be in a game like skyrim very nice too.
They are clever, for example they break nuts with their beaks or wait if i did (in rare cases) for them ^^

p.s. i hope the puzzle with the door and the item is nice, i hope there some more complex one of them.

There is Eagles ! when you watch newest demo video, in some place you can see in sky near the tower , and shadow as well

You have Gotta be kidding me? That's it, I am NOT going to buy Skyrim if they don't include at least 5 variety's of Toads.. especially Cane Toads because they are a menace here in Australia and I want to able to try my flame spells out on them

There NO Bats in Skyrim!
Maybe there around but not confirmed as living creatures.
The Demo movie shows an triggered animated effect in front of the camera.
You can't hit or kill animation effects, LOL
