Bethesda please do something with Marriage.

This is one of those few topics where I have to defend Beth for keeping it minimal. They had no idea if this feature was going to be hugely controversial, so they did a good job treading on the ice. They made it available, relatively simple, and pretty straightforward.

I fully imagine some mods coming out which expand the idea greatly, then in TES VI we will see the feature expanded to be more similar to the mods. Sometimes Beth takes baby steps, and I can't fault them for that.

You come home after a long adventure, wife is terrible worried about you and miss you terrible so them you come home she hit you with a paralyze scroll and you wake up tied to the bed.

I don't feel as though nudity and six doesn't fit in well with TES/ sure having more interactions with your wife would be better if they're going to implement marriage rather than have single functioning characters.

GAH!

No, this is not what the topic is.

People who have complained about the shallowness of the marriage template that is thrown onto characters are complaining about how they can't differentiate one spouse from another, they are complaining about how meaningless it is to have a "robot wife". That has nothing to do with putting six in the game. If they simply kept what they had now, but added in six, it would simply make it into a "robot six doll".

What we want is characterization. Meaning to the characters. The person complaining about Aela was complaining about how out-of-character it would be for a professional warrior to suddenly just stay in the kitchen because it's so completely the opposite of the sort of character he was trying to marry.

+1
I still wonder how to get that old lady to retire and sell the inn to Ysolda and that's the reason i got married to that NPC in the first place.
The two NPCs keep talking about how one of them wants to sell the Inn and how the other one wants to buy it once she's got enough money.
I tried everything but no such quest appeared.
So i thought maybe it's a marriage thing?!
We get married and then i get to buy the inn and we haz epic parties with my wife and friends in there or something?!
Nothing like that though :|

Imagine my disappointment when Ysolda said "I'ma just open a shop here la la la" instead of the "Let's buy that Inn and go get me the best Bard in Skyrim and we haz epic parties" one :|
I mean she always talks about buying that inn and the woman in the inn always talks about selling it but no such bloody quest exists :<

This is my complain not your childish six debate! >_>

Yes, this is what I meant more character depth, It's just that some people were hinting at six. I feel that the sixual themes skyrim allready has is quite enough.
