Money grabs or not, those games help keep Bethesda/Zenimax in business so they can continue bringing us the quality games that we do care about...namely TES and Fallout.

...And for all my criticism of Bethesda and their handling of Skyrim and Fallout 3, I still enjoy their game and will continue to buy them.

They aren't more deceptive or money-grabbing than any other company. What makes a game developer either of these things just for having a well-known studio publish their titles? Once again, NV is the only significant title in a franchise belonging to Bethesda that has been developed by someone else. They aren't expecting people to pick up the game, see Bethesda's logo on it and think "Wow, Bethesda made this game because their logo is on it! It must be good!" The same goes for Doom 4 and Prey 2, both of which will likely be published by Bethesda but not actually be developed by them.
