Im using OOO Shivering Isles version, and noticed the books in it have much finer print (ie more text per page) Wheras cyrodiils books have the big vanilla style print. Is there a standalone mod which makes cyrodills book print as fine as the SI OOO version?

DarNified Books. If you use Wrye Bash, you can select the option to DarNify books in the Bashed Patch. Any other way requires waaay to many ESP's, which is why it was integrated into Bash.
