I installed Open Better Cities but that mod doesn't include the mod changes to the IC that Bananasplit's Better Cities does. I tried installing OBC and BBC together, only including the IC changes with BBC, but it wants to overwrite the Better Cities Resource.esp file and I don't think that's a good idea (working with OBMM).

I tried looking for the IC reworks separately but I can't find them.

Any suggestions?

Install OBC. Then install BC using only the IC ESPs. Overwrite the OBC ESM with the BC ESM (this might cause problems in OBC). The file "Better Cities .esp" found in the resources is a dummy file to trigger the BSAs, so is safe to overwrite.

If everything works, hooray! If it doesn't, you're on your own as I no longer support OBC. Sorry.

Why don't you support OBC anymroe?

Because some parts of the mod put too much of a strain on my own PC. If I can't enjoy the mod myself, there's no pleasure in working on it. If there's no pleasure in working on a mod, then it's just going to annoy me if I continue anyway. So I stopped.
