Better Cities question : IV

So I've been thinking of updating my Better cities, but I just don't know what to do first, do I clean and delete the better cities from Oblivion mod manager? or do I just delete it from OBMM and add the new OMOD?

My version is 4-3-4a and I'm going to upgrade it to 4-4-1

You need to keep the 4.3.2? resources. Aside from that, just uninstall the other 4.3.4 files and install the 4.4.1 files. You may need to do a clean save. After uninstalling BC, save your game. Install the 4.4.1 components and continue playing.

How do I actually un install the 4.3.4 files though? Clean and delete or is it something else?

Deactivate the OMOD. Are you using OBMM?
