Sorry, when I first started this I wasn't exactly great (*cough* I was crap) with max, and animating for Morrowind in general, so I ran into some errors I didn't know how to fix, and lost motivation.
Now I'm a little better with max, and with animating for Morrowind, I'll continue with this slowly, but Westly should definitely release his mesh on it's own, because I'm not just copying animations with this, I want to smooth them out, make them work better with current body meshes, and it looks like in some places I will be remaking them, before I release the animations. It'll take a while, so Westly, you should release your mesh, and you can always update it later when the animations are finished.
I worked on this a little this morning, and I did get the running animation working, though I need to edit it a bit:

There are a couple of concerns I have though.
First, I'm not sure this will look good on a BB mesh, there's not much I can do about it, the BB skinning causes wierd looking movements, though I'll try edit the animations for it, we'll see I guess.
Maybe a new body mesh could be used, seeing as it's a creature, it doesn't need to be segmented (I've got a MakeHuman body mesh that is almost fully skinnned, maybe I can skin it for this animation, or we could contact Nicoliathan).
And I can't say for sure yet, but NPC Dagoth's may not be the most plausible idea, we'll have to see how the other animations get on with BB.
Once again, sorry for not posting up here, I'm off to revise for exams now. :meh:
