No problem. Easy for someone to change for themselves anyway. You will need to resize the ruby one you sent me though - it was the full size shot. And you might want to save them as dds instead of tga? The vanilla icons are dds, so yours won't overwrite for anyone who has unpacked the bsa's or who has a different replacer for those icons (since dds takes precedent over tga I believe).
